| | Model of the car: | BMW X5 | | | General comments: | Yes price is correct at 1.35 $ to UK pound, can you believe we pay $4.77 a gallon for fuel! This is my second review 6 months on into ownership, not good. I have had a lot of teething problems with, TV, Telephone, External Mirrors, Bonnet release, rear side window blinds, tournea cover part damaged, external temp sensor, rear ashtray works loose. So far the dealer has had my car for 6 days. The blind spot on the rear view mirrors has nearly cost me a paint job, why did they not fit mirrors with wide angle. The speaker system is not up to much although I ordered the 10 speaker upgrade. I am starting a X5ownersclub website and would welcome comments by email, wheels,kits,tyres,anything considered relevent to X5 email me at nigel@x5ownersclub.com | | | What things have gone wrong with the car: | Problems with build quality, external mirrors, speaker system, why did BMW not line the door pockets like the 5 series has and have seat pockets on the back of the front seats. | | | Previous car: | Range Rover= they will go anywhere drivers usually loose's bottle before car. Porsche Boxster= excellent car, BMW 5 series=great car X5 could learn a few things. |
